The building is great, beautiful windows, floors, and nice updates. However KBC more than ruins it. They are rude women, who like to over charge, and are just shocked when something breaks. Our appliances have been broken for six months, and yet nothing is fixed. Oh, they send people on a regular basis, but they don't fix it. They just keep wiggling around, and saying oh its done, but the truth is they need to replace items when they are over 25 years old. But they are little too cheap, oh wait no a lot too cheap. All they care about is making all of their tenants sit through 9 months of construction, without fixing the real problems. Like the elevator that was broken for two and a half months. My advice it to look someplace else. There are tons of great apartments in the neighborhood, for a lot more bang for your buck. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I find the Rose Plaza to be an absolutely wonderful apartment building and have expreienced nothing but joy here. It sounds as though you are very unahappy and it seems that, after all this time and all these negative postings, you would have moved someplace else.
