So I decided to google my own building and am AMAZED by all of the negative feedback. I've been living here for several years and I've never once had a problem with anything in my apartment, the building itself or the management company. Management companies that make upgrades to buildings are few-and-far-between. Thank you!
I've been renting apartments for over 20yrs and I've never been around such an involved, thorough and speedy management company. KBC is the best in town and I plan on staying with them as long as I'm a renter.
Rose Plaza is a great place!!
