I read the previous review and wanted to let readers know this apartment building is actually pretty great. I have lived here for the past year and have not had the same problems as the individual that wrote the previous review. I have not been told that my rent was increasing, the on-site manager is always more than available. When i have had issues the repairmen have been able to come the same week and fix whatever needed to be fixed.
While finding parking can be difficult at times, this is a great location. You are a 5 minute walk to the streetcar and a 10 minute walk to the MAX. There are at least 3 grocery stores within a 4 block radius. Overall, I have enjoyed living in the Rose Gate. Don't be discouraged by everything that you read.
