Horrible place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The landlord is slow to address complaints, and I have plenty. There's never enough parking, the kids are constantly hitting my apartment with soccer balls, the cabinets are old and falling apart, there are no towel racks in the bathroom.
