The previous two reviews are right on target. This used to be a nice place to live, but became a pit of despair after being sold a few years ago. I've been out of that place for 5 years, and it still looks like a barrio. Racism is rampant unless you are Hispanic and the management never cared.

Repairs were next to impossible to get completed; children were allowed to play soccer in the courtyard, bouncing balls into windows and walls; the children were never kept under control, being allowed to scream and play well beyond the 10:00 pm 'curfew' stated in the rental contract.

A downstairs neighbor scaled our 2nd floor patio deck to 'fix' a satellite dish (that had been installed without us being asked) and then seemed surprised when confronted with a shotgun as an intruder/trespasser. Police were called and management did nothing to the tenant.

Management gave authorization to video/photograph people violating the rules (drinking in the courtyard/littering/etc.) and then threatened me for "stalking" people by taking photos/video(public areas have no expectation of privacy AND the rules were being violated). Pictures of violations were "lost" by management so they couldn't be accused of having authorized it in the first place.

Hopefully, someday the Health Dept. will check this place out and condemn it like it should have been condemned decades ago. This place should be razed and the land salted with lime to rid it of the horrific evil that has infested it.

Don't even consider this place as a place to live.
