don't live here if you can help it. they just raised rents even broke my lease to do it. they passed it off as 'utility fee' but give me a freaking break $80 in like two months' It's the middle of freaking summer, Hhow expensive can heating the lobby be' since the increase, it's been IMPOSSIBLE to find any management types in the office. they went into freaking hibernation. the place is loud and has rats. often times theres a mystery funk in the hallway or in the lobby.
