affordable but poorly managed

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2006
The strength is affordability; the weakness is poor management and a neighboring complex with Section 8 occupants who are not good neighbors. This used to be a really nice place to live--quiet and the managers (original owners/builders) took very good care of the landscaping. Since 2003, property has been sold twice with management going from bad to worse.
