I lived in this complex for several years. The original owners were excellent landlords, and I loved living there. After they sold, it all went downhill. When I moved out, the complex was filled with noisy families, who seemed forever in shouting matches with each other. The kind of people who allowed their small children into the swimming pool in diapers! The grounds weren't kept up, and forget about getting anything repaired in the apartment. I'd say, avoid this place - there are plenty of better options.
