some good, some bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Let's start with the good, unique floor plans for a one bedroom, we had the split level and it was very quite, except for the tuba player upstairs who was polite enough to play at afternoon and hardly ever on weekends. The ground are very attractive, well maintained. Parking we feel was average. Now for the bad, for what we lived in we thought it was small and over-priced. When we moved in it was one maintence request after another but everything was repaired soon after our request,except for the windows. The outside windows and screens were so filthy we could hardly see out the window, so we cleaned them ourself even after repeated request that they needed to be cleaned. It seemed as if when we moved in they expected us to find the damage from the previous tenent and report it as maintence request. Carpet is easily stained and not of good quality.
