The best place I've lived so far

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The grounds and the buildings were beautiful. Some problems with vandalism, not enough parking for visitors. Pricing was decent, considering it was a brand-new place with a weight room, hot tub, pool, etc. I do agree that the carpet was rather cheap and stained easily.
