Way too expensive, and I hated the stupid security!

My boyfriend, cousin and I lived their 2 bedroom lofted townhouse for a year. Not only was the rent too high ($1005 for 1000 square feet)the stupid security that either walked, biked or drove around were constantly bothering us. The 1 bed room flats were below all of the townhomes, and our downstairs neighbors were WHINY, and always calling security for the usual apartment noises that 3 people make. Not only was there NO reason to complain, it usually took them at LEAST a half hour to respond to said noise. So we could have gone to bed, only to be woken us an hour after the "noise". And you had to answer the door, because they will just keep ringing the buzzer!
I had my bicycle stolen from right where the security parks their car and chats all night.
The parking is a joke unless you pay for a spot...and i've seen accidents because of the way the street is, with everyone parking bumper to bumper.
Our dryer hose was ripped when we moved in...they didn't have another part...so they were gonna make us wait 2 weeks to use our Dryer!! We had to go to Fred Meyer and buy our own!
There are LOTS of other places for hundreds of dollars cheaper!!
We found a 3 bedroom 2 bath 900 square feet, our own parking spot, washer & dryer hookup, and secured buildings for $795!!
