$800 for a small 1 bedroom...crazy. But what is even worse is that i was forced to break my lease because my mom is dying and needs a caregiver. So I had to move out. The management required that I pay $2300 to break my lease!! $1000 lease break and a 60 day notice fee. It is highway robbery. They do set up payment plans but there is no way it should be that expensive. I am glad to be out. The parking sucks!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I totally agree this place is very poorly managed and I hated the parking, all the garages are used as storage units... Lots of Bums digging through the community dumpsters on a regular basis too
