I totally agree with the recent reviews of this place. Russelville Commons looks appealing from the outside, but don't be fooled. The managers are incredibly unprofessional. If something doesn't work in your apartment, don't bother sending in a maintenance request. They'll never get around to it. If you try to fix things yourself, they won't reimburse you for the cost, and yet, they still won't come to fix things. Crime is atrocious in this area. Someone even got their car stolen out of the parking lot. So much for their security officers. There is gang graffiti all around the grounds. Noise from 102nd Ave. is unbearable. And construction takes all the street parking. I agree with the last review: air ventilation is non-existent. It's really hard justifying paying over $1000.00 to live here. We're moving out next month.

Agree 100%. I actually liked my apartment here when I first moved in... but, having lived here for 1 year, I'm starting to see the problems. All of the problems you listed are indeed problems and I wish that management would be pro-active and do something about them.

totally agree. we are leaving this month( November ) and wished we would never have moved in. We hate it. They constantly raise the rent & water-sewer goes up every month too ! Insane !! Definately DO NOT MOVE IN HERE !!!
