My family and I have lived here at Rusellville for almost two years now and we absolutely love it. We have the two bedroom townhome and are looking at moving up into a three when our daughter is born. The grounds are beautiful and your neighbors really look out for one another. Now I will say I have seen a huge staff turnover since we moved in, however the newest changes that they made really work! The assistant manager "Stacy" is the nicest manager ever but also gets done what needs to be done she works very hard and manages to find the time to make you feel important and sees that your needs are taken care of in a very timely manner, the manager seems ok also I haven't delt with him to much but the office is alawys a warm and caring atmosphere, I will say Stacy would make an awesome manager though!(FYI) The maintnece is great also, very friendly and always willing to help! The only downfall I can think of is the new construction going on but once that is done it will just add to the beauty of the complex. I highly recommend Russellville living to anyone who is looking for a home weather it is to raise a family or just to enjoy peaceful living!
