This place was ok the first year I lived there but as time went on and new managment came it slowly started to decline. I lived there for right at 2 yrs and had some of the worst times I have ever had. They rent went up constantly from 700 to eventually being 850. All my neighbors partied constantly and were obnoxiously loud until the wee hours of the morning. I had two different vehicles of mine broken into and the staff never cared on bit about the available parking spaces being taken up by broken down cars and all the garages being used by people that are to poor to rent a storage unit. I could only smell the aroma of marijuana all over the complex and crack heads constantly hanging around the streets that run through the complex. This complex is just steps away from the busiest liquor store around and the most annoying Max train that only traffics the lower class from the ghetto to downtown and anywhere in between.. I hated this place and would suggest you don't try it out...
