I just moved from Russelville Commons Apartment Complex and want to warn anyone that is considering calling it home not to. I had the worst time of my life living there, the management staff are horrible and the community is disgusting. They discriminate against anyone that looks like they don't belong there, in other words if you drive a nicer car than them or wear clothes that are nicer than there work attire they will over charge you for any and everything they can. The pigeon population is becoming larger than the resident population, due to the amount of garbage being thrown everywhere. I will make this short and sweet but it's a disgrace to portland to have a community so horrific within the city limits.

Wow. What an unbelievable exaggeration. Perhaps this resident needed to burn some bridges after being evicted. My experience at Russellville couldn't be more opposite. Pigeons? I've never seen a pigeon on the grounds, nor have I seen trash thrown about. The staff takes pride in its grounds and aesthetic beauty. The staff is very friendly, fair, and professional. And discriminating? Perhaps this resident needed to justify being evicted for not making rent. A disgrace? I say the disgrace here are people who can't take responsibility for themselves and their actions and think it is their god given duty to keep other people from being happy.

Wow. A manager of sorts? I believe so. Nice try. Yes pigeons; the sidewalk around the parking lot behind the K and L buildings are littered with their filth and remains. I also know for a fact that the N building had an infestation problem in their attics. It is unfortunate that a resident is more knowledgeable about the grounds than the staff. This is due to the fact that the turn over rate of the managing staff trumps that of the local fast food restaurants. The rest is laughable. Try again?

I would have to say that the first response to this review is from the horrible management itself. There are plenty of unsatisfied people that have paid rent on time and left on there own will. I will say that my stay at Russelville was a horrible one. My car was always littered with pigeon poop and the local trash dumpsters are always filled with local bums digging for there next meal. This is not a place to call home, the management is horrible at being professional and have to agree that there is a very high turn over rate. When I lived there I think they went through 3 different complete staffing teams. Don't let them fool you. This place is horrid.
