This is a very nice building

This building is very nice. It is only a year and a half old. The management is here every single day of the week even on Sunday. There are night monitors here when management leaves for the day. Maintanance is here monday through friday and plus they have a housekeeper who is here also during the week. There are no bug problems and the property is ----- and span. The courtyard is beautiful. They did a servay recently for this building and stated that the average electricity bill here is $33. a month. I love the accent walls that they have inside the apartment and the purple lamps over the bars in the kitchen. Parking is accually $110. a month which is a better price than most places downtown. And it is well secured. I have lived here for six months and only heard a fire alarm once. Im happy living here and wont move for a while.
