I lived here for 2 yrs and found it tolerable. Mostly older and disabled people, rather than drug users. A few perverts, but non-threatening just uncomfortable. The building went through a couple changes of staff while I was there but the managers were always very friendly and seemingly wanted to solve whatever problem it was. Maintenance was decent, building is newer so didn't encounter many problems. Next door is Loaves and Fishes so you do have that crowd outside during meal hours. Pretty sure only pets allowed are "companion pets" but this might be very lenient. Have a guard at desk to check in visitors, and a parking garage space is $110/month when I was there.

this review was obviously about the wrong apartments. i live there now. they allow all pets with some height restrictions. there is no parking garage. there are no elderly, disabled, or otherwise here. not a great low income choice as there are pretty firm income rules about making atleast 3 times as much as the rent a month. there is not guard or front desk. this apartment is nowhere near loaves and fishes.
