This place is great for the price and location. We don't pay a lot for a 2 bedroom townhouse and really, what could you ask for' Sure the place is aging and so the walls are thin, but the management is super nice and relaxed, and they keep the place clean. There is a pool and laundry facilities on-site, it's close to Washington Square, I-5 and 217, and the atmosphere is good. Plus parking is close to your front door. Overall, it's a good bargain. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal.

I agree the management is great! They're super chill and very helpful and they are not constantly bothering you. This is such an improvement over the last place I lived where it was a younger uptight couple and the wife was a total stick-in-the-mud. You won't find that here. This place is very relaxed. I've seen some kids around, but they're pretty quiet and overall people are conscientious - it's not a party place. It is more like a mini-neighborhood. People are respectful of each other. In the 4 years I've lived here, I've never had any reason to complain.
