I've lived in this complex at a couple different apartments for almost 3 years now and so far I'm relatively happy.

The only really bad experience was our upstairs neighbor. All I can say is drama. Loud parties on weeknights till the butt crack of dawn and even when the security people came out she still wouldn't shut up. Domestic disputes, door slamming, rap music at full basstastic volume, and the inability of anyone up there to walk like a human instead of a wildabeast was driving me insane. Not to mention that I could have my tv on Jerry Springer with the volume at 0 and be able to hear her tv as if it were my own. (Note I hate that damn show) I called and complained many times. The office staff have always been helpfull and they did move her to a ground floor, but I don't think they really believed that she was that horrible a neighbor.

They fix things on time and the maintanance guy is really nice and obviously knows what he's doing.
