Our experience at Aspen Summit Village was HORRIBLE! The management applied our rent to annother tenents address and then tried to evict us. The management did nothing to fix our broken blinds. We were denied a walk through at the end of our lease the management saying - "we dont do that." The freeway is REALLY loud from all over the complex. The management denied access to mailboxes for over a week. For another week we were made to drive to the local postoffice to pick up our mail. The post office hours were 9-5 Monday through Friday. Everyone who works could not get their mail for over a week. The management held packages refused packages sent by UPS. Our wedding gifts were returned to sender. The pool is flithy! The gym smells terrible all the time and my fiance fell off their faulty eliptical machine. They NEVER replaced it!!! DO NOT AGREE TO LIVE HERE!!!
