Cute apartments, but the freeway noise is REALLY grinding 24 hours a day, and the neighborhood is unfortunately getting worse. I've been here two years and I'm moving and TOTALLY looking forward to it. Yeah, there's been an increase in the drug activity, partying, break-ins, and suspicious activity. The murder here 1.5 years ago seemed to mark the beginning of the decline. Apartments on the ground level have been broken into. My car was broken into this spring, like almost everyone's who's lived here. After the first mailbox break-in, I got a post office box and don't use the ones here, but I've heard the break-ins continue. Management seems mostly nice, and they seem to want to be responsive, but they also seem resigned and kind of tired of hearing it...which should tell prospective renters something... It's too bad because these WERE nice apartments; they're just headed down the 'older apartments' road at this point, and the neighborhood is getting rougher. If management reads this, you could beef up the security (install gates, conduct tighter screening of renters, monitor the parking lot/cars/squatters, crack down on the nighttime activity), and turn the place back into a nicer complex.

Exactly. I think the M is missing from management. My friend had a lease here, and they tried to charge him for every penny they could. My friend basically said lawyer, and the management shut up.
