This place is next to a very pretty location. Mt. Scott and the upper elevations are a great community. It is pretty sad that you have go to through "Felony Flats" (ghetto trailer trash area) and next to busy 92nd to get here.
One of the few perks is the pool and hot tub. It is in the clubhouse and is monitored well enough to avoid outsiders. However, it is not 24/7 and closes down at 9 pm even during the summers. It costs money to rent out or use the clubhouse after 9 pm.
The community is very secluded. The parking is kind of a pain. The units are very roomy but are very basic in features. However, the tenants nearby can be very disturbing. In the morning, the noise level is pretty pathetic. Neighbors let their kids go outside and play in the parking lot for everyone to hear. If they want to play, there should be a policy to make the children go to the preschool and coffee shop down at the entrance of the community. At night, you will have an excellent view of the sky and no pollution from city lights. Sadly, tenants come home from all hours of the night with parties and guests. I am very suspect that there are drug dealers in the building, and I often see tenants go with guests into the vegetation and bushes near the community. I would expect a little more of everything to make this area liveable.
