I agree with most of the comments that other tenants have posted by would like to add a few of my own.

My wife and I have lived here for about four years and the cat situation here is out of control.

The manager Susan and Dina her assistant manager are cat lovers so everybody here is expected to accept and ignore the shenanigans of the very large cat population on this property.

When you are going thru the application process both of them make a big deal regarding their restrictive pet policy.

In my opinion this process is designed to identify individuals that are not cat friendly.

As a point of fact there are a significant number of unsupervised cats on this property in addition to feral cats that you can easily observe on a clear day sunning them selves on the hood of your brand new car.

If you dare to mention this the managers Sue and Dina will put you on the List and it will all go down hill quickly from there.
