The only drawback to this place is that it is a pretty big communte into Portland. If you know that going in, though, you will probably be happy here. I have only seen one cat that looks like it may be stray, although there could be more in other parts of a rather large complex.

The apartments themselves are pretty nice and, even though 92nd isn't the greatest neighborhood, I have never felt unsafe in the complex itself. The maintenance staff is excellent. We always get our problems fixed within 24 hours, usually in significantly less time than that. The neighbors aren't overly friedly, but neither are they rude. Parking can be rough on weekends, but I can usually find a spot close to my apartment.
