We have never come across a more arrogant or hard headed management style then that of the current management company, HSC Real Estate.

If you are an owner of a large scale property you should review this page so you can avoid the large scale move outs that have been occurring on this property.

During the past five years there have been two homicides, multiple break ins as well as many documented and undocumented vehicle crimes on this property.

So much for the screening polices of the manager and assistant manager.

The current office staff engages in Gestapo type tactics including unauthorized entry into the apartments.

You will get plenty of smiles until you sign on the dotted line.

I checked with the police dept, what 2 homicides are you talking about? I live here now and have so for about 6 years and was shocked to see this review. Being concerned for my family's safety, I contaced the Portland Police Dept. and found no homicides in the area. I did find a couple documented deaths from natural causes and self inflicted deaths.
