If you enjoy living in a meth infested complex then Scott Mountain is the place for you.
The move outs have been increasing as the normal law abiding residents abandon this poorly managed complex.
These apartments are not air conditioned so the loud Saturday night drug deals occurring at three or four in the early morning may get on your nerves.
The management team does not live here so they have no vested interest in improving the quality of the living environment for the residents.
If you need proof contact the Portland police and review the crime statistics for the last five years.

so have you called the police when you hear these drug deals going on? Don't complain that managements not helping when your the one hearing this go on.
