Well, I have lived here for two years. I always have great communication with the office staff. They are always willing to assist the people living here and they do it within the policies, rules and regulations. They are consistent and fair. Sue is actually the best manager we have had and she has a great office assistant in Denise. Perhaps it's your attitude that isn't right or a little bipolar. It is nice to be able to have my UPS packages stored at the office so I don't miss getting them. I can also go in the evenings and get them from the clubhouse person once the office is closed. If you read your lease paperwork and signed it, then you were aware of your rent and utility responsibility and no right to complain. I have lived in several different apartments in Portland. Scott Mountain is one of the best when it comes to the apartment, the staff, maintenance, and facilities are great. I've noticed that people who complain are the ones who break the rules or want exceptions made for them.
