I've lived in this community for about a year and a half. The management is a little rough but still none the less fair. The maintinance people are friendly and efficent, but slow at times. There was a problem with some birds making a mess outside our door and it took 3 weeks to get someone out here to clean it. But when my dryer wasn't working they were here the next day.
The neighbors are something everyone will complain about in an apartment complex. When our neighbors come up the stairs they are so loud, it seems like they try to be though. No one else is as heavey footed, but thats not the complexes fault. The rude behavior of the neighbors is something all residents see and deal with in all apartment complexes.
I have noticed some unusual behaivor from one neighbor in perticular that seems to have some drug activity going on, but I have still never felt unsafe in the complex.
I love the fact that the mail boxes are locked and safe. And there is a safe place for deliveries to go if I'm not home. Over all this community is not so bad.
