The floor is so old it makes noise as you walk on it. Bathroom was filthy and had stains, but the apartment manager wont change it because he thinks it is not rotten enough. The appliances were broken and took 4 - 5 attempts to actually fix one.
They did not show me the apartment before - they showed a sample apartment which was in better shape.
There are lots of apartments in the same area - cheaper and nicer.
Staff is not knowledgeable, not friendly and not helpful at all.
Moving out was another nightmare. They have totally different inspection sheets for when you move in and when you move out. The move out inspection sheet runs for 8-10 pages and is far more detailed.
