Cheap and decrepid

Years at this apartment: 1992-01-01 - 1998-01-01
 

Appliances old and barely functioning.

Floor is disgusting.

Had to beg and pay higher rent to get carpet repaired.

Paint peeling off the ceiling never fixed.

Drapes so old they turned into shreds.

Crime ridden--bicycles locked to stairwell stolen.

Many cars vandalized.

Very difficult to get deposit back.
