I really had no complaints. Quiet place, maintenance and staff was always fine. On move out I got back $250 from a $300 deposit. They charged me $50 for painting. I was a little unhappy about that but considering we (2 guys) had three years worth of damage... not bad. Fitness center is nice and the complex is right next to a frisbee golf course, which is great. The stairwells can be a little dark but overall I would recommend it. One thing to watch. Rents vary widely so ask for specials. My neighbors (same style of apt) paid $50 less per month the entire three years. We never could convince the managers to match that, but they also never raised our rent in three years. Oh well.
