I lived in these apartments for just over 7 months and moved out by breaking my lease. The Staff on site is unfriendly and in fact misbehaves from time to time the Property manager showed me one unit which was ok for the price I was going to pay but the apartment given to me was not shown to me till the last moment inspite of my several requests. The apartment was in a very bad state and had a lot of smell in it. The move out was a big disaster apart from charging for the mess their plumbing created from time to time (in fact once it flooded and we had to move to a friend's house for a night) and replacement of water heater etc. etc. They charged me heavily for stuff that wasn't there at all. they ate my deposit and the lease breakage plus additional $700 for nothing.

Oh, yeah, that plumbing thing happened to me, the crazy Ukrainians above me somehow flooded MY sink, it was awesome, the sink filled up when nobody was in the kitchen, I had to call management to make them stop using their sink upstairs, horrible smells, brown water, awesome.
