Lukewarm at Shadow Hills Apartments

I moved into Shadow Hills because I needed a 3 bedroom apartment in near Hillsdale. Do you know how difficult it is to find a 3bd/2bth with a w/d in Hillsdale? The only ones I could find were ar Shadow Hills and I had to be put on a wait list to get one.
I have just finished my 6 month lease and I received an 'invitation' to extend my lease. Although they value me as a resident they have increased my rent.
I have had to call the office on several occasions for repairs. Someone usually shows up within a day. Some repairs are completed but most are not.
Overall, I think that a lot of care and money is put into the exterior and too little on the interiors. I think it is a ploy to lure you into signing a lease.
In all- I can't wait to buy a house and move out of here.
