I'm not sure what others are talking about, but I've lived at Shadow Hills for almost a year and a half and I love it! I don't think we've every heard our neighbors (who are all families) and the management staff is great to work with. I do suggest living on the newer side if possible, everything is a little more updated. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

The greatest downside is that when you go to renew the lease, they increase your rent, even though they offer a lower rent to new tenants hoping to lure some people to live in their many vacant apartments. Several apartments are vacant as most people leave dissatisfied.
