For the past 6 months that I stayed in Sitka was absolutely nightmare!
Very noisy and very unconsiderate neighbors that I had. I heard their every noisy including those poeple who were walking down the hallway at the middle or early hours of the morning and I found a lot of empty bottles of beers in the hallways or at the elevator, sometimes even trashes.
One of the manager named Quintin is an idiot one, every time I had a complain about my flat or neighbor he didn't listen.
He is just another nightmare!
I moved in there because I was expecting that place will be quiet because they said it has accoustic seperation I was wrong!
It has a nice interior lay out and design but the noise, the manegers and the people who lives there are the downside.

I completely disagree with this review, I have lived here for a year and love this place.

I DEFINATELLY AGREE!!! What the person have said about Sitka is all REAL!!! The only consideration is it in the Pearl District and the apartment itself is very nice but a Big questions about the people who live here and the way they treating this place.
