I have been living at the Sitka since it opened 1.5 years ago, and I have really enjoyed it here. Yeah there are the noises of the city, but come on if you move downtown what do you expect' Thats what living downtown is. There is occasional noise from in the hallway, but geesh they never said that you would never here anything living here. Its ALOT better then other apartments I have lived in and the noise of neighbors is very very rare for me.

I love my apartment, and anyone that comes here to visit loves it too. Its not to small, not to large and has worked well for me.

I have never had a problem with management here, from the owner of the building to the management staff and maintenance everyone has always been friendly to me and if I have a concern with my apartment its taken care of. I feel they are understanding and efficient.

The price is right and I the only thing I would change would be the safeway coming here sooner to the pearl, but yeah the Sitka isnt making or breaking that deal.

People in Portland need to realize how good you all really have it when it comes to prices and options of rental properties here. I have been all over the country, and the selection here including The Sitka for this type of price is unheard of, to be in a good area of a major city. Count your blessings for living in such a great city.
