I have been a resident of the Sitka apartments for nearly a year now and I absolutely love this place, in that time I have very rarely heard anything over normal talking from my neighbors and as a rule I have to really pay attention to hear them.

That being said there is some noise due to the fact that we have heavy construction within a short distance plus a major freeway and railroad tracks so anyone who expects this place to be completely quiet is not being very realistic, as long as you are not around during the day it is actually fairly quiet and peaceful here except for sometimes having trains go by in the evening.

An interesting observation the Sitka has 212 units and has been in existence for a year and a half and there are only a few negative reviews I wonder what all the other people who live here think of this place from my experience most of the individuals who I have talked to really like this place.

When I first wrote this review I had a severe attack of Gout, Quentin and Anna the Managers went way beyond the call of duty and went and picked up my prescription for me which puts the management here on the top of anyplace I have ever lived.

Plus, my apartment that I lived in before I moved here went Condo it's really nice knowing that is not a fear here.

This person does NOT live at The Sitka. The managers are great but everything else fails.

Thanks for telling me that I am sitting out in the street nude typing this reply to your STUPID REPLY because I just got out of the bathtub and I am nude typing this in my 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor and you are an idiot.
