I've lived here for two years. I love my apartment. New building new appliances, great view of the Fremont Bridge. Close to everything. My only complaints: The carpet is awful...so hard to keep clean. Also, the noise from the trains coming in to Union Station is awful in the summertime. It's enough to make you jump out of bed in the middle of the night when you have the windows open. The windows are pretty soundproof so it doesn't bother me in the winter. The internet service, while free, is unreliable. When it's working, it's great. When it's slower than dial-up, all I get is "we need to upgrade the system and we don't have the money to do it." But hey, you get what you pay for. I'm lucky, my neighbors aren't noisy but I know some of the people in this building are insanely loud. It can be like a college dorm on the weekends. The courtyard can be noisy, but for the most part, the people are friendly.
