I would not recommend living here if the rent was free and you were homeless. The main manager has been the same wince we moved in August of 2004, but she changes assistant managers bi weekly. You never know who is going to be in the office when you walk in there and if they are going to know their job. There have been times when there was a child "in charge". It takes filling out form after form to get anything fixed, there has been exposed tack board in our living room and bathroom for months, three request froms have been filed about it and its always next Tuesday when it will be fixed. Maintenence tried to throw away my grill and my smoker because it was "trashy", and when I confronted them about it they could barely understand a word I was saying. If you have an issue with the managment there is no where to go to complain, the property managment office is just as rude and snobby as the fickle manager. So in conclusion, this place is falling apart, no one speaks english and the managment is rude.
