I lived in South Parc for a year --> Management SUCKS!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Our old washer broke and it took them 4 weeks to replace. When we moved out, they charged us HUNDREDS of dollars to replace old broken mini-blinds that never worked right in the first place. They forced by 4 year old boy to take down a Spider Man static cling transparency from the window because of how it looked. Meanwhile their was moss growing on the roof dirty sidewalks the whole time we lived there. The models look good, but buyer beware! They will take your security deposit and much more!
