Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The apartment itself was fine (apart from the cheap appliances), but the noise level was outrageous. If it wasn't the dogs barking up a storm at the dog park at 6AM, or the trucks unloading at QFC at 5AM (semis are LOUD), then it was obnoxious downstairs neighbors playing the piano or thumping music at 11PM. I never got a full night's sleep there. Management did nothing about multiple complaints regarding the same resident--just told them to observe quiet hours, which they completely ignored because there were no repercussions. I was ecstatic when I left and could sleep again.
