I lived in this apartments for seven months. We had an agreement for 1 year. When I left the apartment I paid my last month of rent and they said they were going to send me a letter to pay the other money because we were leaving the apartment before the agreement ends. I never received that letter. What I receieved a month later was a letter saying that if I didn't pay they were going to send my accoutn to collection. I called to tell them what had happened, but they guy treated me as a delinquent. I asked him a weekend to pay and he said No! I had to pay it next day if not he was going to send my account to collection. I paid in two days. That was almost 2 years ago. Two months ago I received a letter sayng that I didn't pay that bill. If I had not had a copy of the receipt, they had charged me again. Be carefull with this kind of people!
