I moved in a year and a half ago and there is new management since then. My rent is going to jump a large amount if I don't sign a 14 month lease which is odd since last time my lease expired I was offered a 6 month lease. Oh well. According to the internet I have new flooring, counters, granite counters, slate fireplace and stainless steel appliances. I haven't seen those in my home, hmmm. Parking is hard to come by at times but there is always street parking. The security gates are kind of a joke because they are open some times in the middle of the night when they should be closed and closed in the middle of the day when they should be open. Management has become a little snobby and a lot of the perks are going away. (Can no longer use the club house - isn't that what it is for') My neighbors are great and fairly quiet. I just wish I got a little more for my money and would move in a heart beat if I didn't have to pay so much in deposits at a new place!

Very very true, I moved here 2 years back, the management was very warm , helpful but the current manager, she has no ethics at all, she does not offer a 12 month lease nor a 6 month lease, I cannot understand what calculations she does, she just offers 14or 16 month lease . Do not want such a long term commitment, she says 12 or 6 months is not available, you can sign a 14 month lease and pay a lease breakage fee of $2000. Does money grow on tree.
