I posted about the kids flying through the parking lot on bikes was a huge concern of mine because I almost hit the same child on two different occasions due to how he was just riding willy-nilly through the lot, not looking for cars. Amanda (the manager) has now been talking to the parents as I recommended. And she has been outside more often policing the area when the kids are out. So management is trying to reduce risk and that is all I was asking her to do.

Also, Amanda has said that she is looking in to having the club house available for rent again.
