at first glance this building is so pretty and modern and well-kept, however live here for four months and u will wish u lived in something less clean and quiet. dont be fooled by the pool deck on the rooftop the pool is only three feet deep and there is always an old man swimming laps and another old man in a spedo sun bathing. the hot tubs nice unless you walk in expecting to relax and end up being surrounded by skinny dipping rich boys.

this place is full of old people.
i got noise complaints that were put on my record and never actually told to my face.
old people hate college students.
oh ps im not refering to old people as in families and middle aged adults i am talking 90 years old and mean!

the laundry room is nice, however you cant put less than five dollars on your card at a time, and that is only enough for two loads.

seriously dont live here, its not fun, not homey and thre is one maintenace dude who wears his hat backwards and is a total bro. oh and the carpet is white!

EXPENSIVE also

I have been a resident here for five years, and all of your complaints are things that I love about living here--and I think that mostly everyone would agree. The pool is only 3 feet, but it's better than nothing. Nobody else even has a pool OR a hot tub on the roof! You are complaining about other people using the hot tub, but you have to realize that the hot tub is for everybody to use, not just you. Plus, there are two hot tubs--go to the other one if you are so bothered! This is considered an upscale apartment, so of course there are going to be older people. Nobody wants to live in a place that is full of young kids being loud and getting noise complaints. I don't understand your complaint about the laundry room. Why would you want to put less than $5.00 on your laundry card? You would have to keep re-loading it every week if thats all you put on it. None of the carpeting is white, it is beige. You don't make any sense at all, and you just seem bitter probably because your being evicted for complaints. To all the people looking for a nice apartment without the normal apartment hassel, this is a great place to live.
