I have enjoyed living here for the last two years while finishing school. The apartments are clean and cozy, and the amount of space is pretty good for a 1 bed. My kitchen doesn't have any counter space though, and I will be moving to a larger 2 bed apartment with a dishwasher & washer dryer as soon as I can. If you don't need those, the apartment is nice, has a laundry facility, grounds are beutiful and feels like you are in a park, neighbors are friendly and quiet, current managers are great and respond quickly if you have a problem, there are about 6 parking spaces for visitors which are available most of the time, and otherwise there is space on the street. If I didn't need more space and a washer dryer and dishwasher, I would stay.
