Have been living there for about a year, and I still make excuses to show people where I live. Very solid concrete walls, I never hear a thing. I know for a fact the guy next to me runs his TV at all hours and I can't hear it a bit, even when I'm perfectly quiet.

The management is FANTASTIC. I've never had a landlord like this; the front office are these two really cool women who are always interested in chatting or hearing a complaint. The resident handyguy is sharp, friendly, and available within 24 hours TOPS (usually more like 2 or 3 hours and it's fixed) -- he actually when out of his way to get me brand new curtains for free.

The clientelle is kinda dingy sometimes, but I always feel safe. Alot of older people, everyone's pretty friendly, I've made some friends who are my age in the elevators. The neighborhood is GREAT, its adjacent to a park AND a supermarket, AND a major MAX/bus line. And downtown is like a 5 minute walk.

I feel SO lucky to have found this place, it's clean, efficient, and cool. I'm not moving any time soon!

Hi, sorry to bother you, but I have been searching this place on the internet trying to find info on it, and I can't find a listing anywhere. Do you know if it has a website where I can find out more? I would call, but I live in Germany and it is a bit expensive. Thank you for your help!
