I lived in St. James for abooout 9 months I was on the 8th floor. bright and nice view.
Though I had a young neighbour that played loud music any hour of the day but he stopped doing it since I called up the after apartment manager.
But otherwisse it was quiet except fot the street noise that you cannot avoid when you live im Downtown.
The managers are cool Betsy and Sabrina.The maintenace guys name Keith he is super he fix the problem right way!!!
The location is just super convinient, close to my everyday needs.
The neighbours are nice and they are real, not pretentious.
Too bad I had to moved out of the state otherwise I will still be in St. James.

I lived at the St. James and the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything, I don't know why people are saying it is quiet.
