I lived at the St. James for three plus years. From October '97 to February '01.I loved it.Had a great view from top floor facing Goose Hollow.It was kept up very well.The office staff changed just about the time you would remenber their name.Must have been about 6 or seven "managers" during the 40 months I was there.My only complaint was the rent went up a pretty fair % EVERY year.Started at $480.00 and ended at $530.00.Great nieghborhood,close to everything.Fairly cool neighbors.
